1-Year Labor Warranty

Thrive's 1-year labor warranty covers workmanship defects — failures that result from how the fence was installed, not external damage or material defects. Covered examples include: a post that heaves due to insufficient footing depth, a gate that doesn't close properly due to incorrect hardware installation, or a panel that separates because it was improperly secured.

A labor warranty covers the contractor's workmanship for a defined period (1 year for Thrive). A material warranty (such as Ameristar's lifetime structural warranty on ornamental steel) covers defects in the product itself under normal use. Together they provide complete coverage for both the installation process and the product.

Micah Taintor personally commits to addressing workmanship concerns beyond the one-year warranty period. While the formal warranty period is one year, Thrive's approach is to stand behind every installation as a reflection of the business's reputation.
