Labor Warranty
Definition
A labor warranty covers issues arising from the installation process: a post set too shallow that heaves within the warranty period; a gate that doesn’t close due to improper hardware installation; a panel that shifts because it was not properly secured. It does not cover material defects (covered by manufacturer warranties), storm or vehicle damage, vandalism, or normal wear. Thrive Fencing provides a 1-year labor warranty on all installations. Most cut-rate contractors offer 90 days or nothing. Micah Taintor also personally commits to addressing workmanship concerns beyond the one-year period.
